and talk directly with a technician to get your problems solved.
The cost on this product is $60 per hour and is billed in 15 minute
increments. It is nice to know you can access experienced help
over the phone to try to resolve problems you encounter.
- Please be aware that we
cannot guarantee a complete solution because of the complex nature of
the computing industry. Sometimes there is no answer because of
different vendors being involved in the problem.
Now
Care
- Many of our customers have
unique needs requiring immediate assistance. For inhouse
repairs, we guarantee for only $75 to be working on your
equipment within 2 hours. For onsite repairs, we guarantee to be
enroute to your site within 2 hours.
- Any re-occurrances of the
same problem within 3 days will have the same 2-hour guaranteed
response with no additional Now Care charges.

Care
- Many times customers with
networks are not sure whether their network is designed properly for
maximum performance. Our experienced A+ certified technicians
can check your network configuration and make the proper changes for
you to get the most out of your equipment. With a cost of only
$95 per hour you will save considerable amounts of money if your
employees are not having to wait on the computer system to get their
work done. The network systems we are currently familiar
with include Windows95, Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows
XP, Windows 2000, Novell, Unix, and Lantastic.

Care
- Smart Care adds
intelligence to the care of your computer. When you purchase
Smart Care, you prevent problems before they happen. Checking
for system problems all the way from viruses to backups before they
happen can save you hundreds of dollars in lost productivity and
