Thank you for choosing HUBServ as your ISP. Below you will find information about our billing cycle and how to contact us if you have any type of problems.

Services and Features:
HUBServ's basic dial-up account includes unlimited access (see contract for definition of unlimited), 1 global email account, and 5mb of personal web space. HUBServ also offers many additional services at a nominal charge.

Webrunner - This feature allows you to significantly speed up your dialup connection to 5 times the speed through compression of pictures.  Some email features are also faster.  If you need more speed, HUBServ can help you get there faster!  This feature is only $5 per month and you will see the increase in speed immediately.

Email to Pager - If you have urgent email needs, HUBServ can automatically page your when you receive email. If you have an alphanumeric pager you can view your emails up to 250 characters. $5 per month.

Email to Fax - HUBServ can automatically fax email messages to you as you receive them for only $5 per month.
Additional Email Accounts - With HUBServ, you can add additional email addresses to your account for only $10 per month. This would allow different family members to have different email addresses, or you could have one for personal and one for business.

Billing
Our billing cycle is from the 15th of the month to the 14th of the month. This means a bill is issued the first working day of the month and is due by the 15th of the month. Your bill covers service from the 15th of the present month, to the 14th of the next month.

When you sign up for the service, you will be billed one of two ways. First, if you sign up exactly on the 15th you will be billed just one period. Far more common is that you'll sign up some other day during the month. If you do, the first period of your service will be prorated and your first bill will include the prorated amount (partial month) and your first full period. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at the number or email addresses listed below.

Also, keep in mind we offer discounts for paying 3 (3%), 6 (5%), or 12 (7%) months in advance. This offers a great savings to you, and also reduces the amount of paperwork needed each month.
